Simon is Post graduate from the University of Leeds with a Master of Science in Modern Digital and RF Wireless Communications Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the same University.

Simon is excellent in interpersonal, people management and team skills with the ability to bridge the problem and solution gap and has experience working in a vast array of sectors such as Engineering, Security and Sales His journey into Security begun at Securex. He worked as a Branch and Zone Manager in charge of over 1,000 guards and was engaged on different technologies within the Security sector.

He later moved to Extranet Communications to Head the Security Solution Business unit, here, he partnered with various security vendors and positioned the company as a leading vendor within the Security Technology Industry. During his tenure there, the company won various security contracts such an Access control for the Ministry of Lands, Surveillance, access control and people scanning for the Ronald Ngala Utalii college in Kilifii, An Integrated Security system for Kenya Railways and Surveillance and Access control for the Centre for Disease and Control among others.

Brian is the lead developer of the Ajiry Application that helps bridge the unemployment gap in Kenya which has attracted a $1.4M grant from Mastercard Foundation.

He is a researcher in the fields of reverse engineering, exploit development and vulnerability research. He has experience in reversing embedded systems in mobile devices, a keen eye on Android and iOS exploitation.

He has served previously in both Junior and Senior managerial Positions in his previous places of work and expressed great leadership skills at the University level where he once served as the Academics Secretary of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
